Frenzs believe only a happy healthy, naturally farmed hen lays a real egg! Would you eat an egg produced by a hen imprisoned all her life in an artificial environment if you could choose a kinder way?

Now you can! All Frenzs hens are free from cages or sheds. Free to range whenever they like- 365 days per year - on clean, green, unsprayed pasture, free to stretch their unclipped wings in the fresh air. Free to sunbathe in the warm sunshine, scratch and peck with their untrimmed beaks or just forage for those special grasses and herbs.

The first rays of dawn see them outside contentedly foraging and at sunset there's a favourite perch to select in the warm roosting area. They even have the freedom to choose the nesting box in which to lay their eggs.

Just as nature intended.

Now, you have a choice: you don't have to eat eggs laid by intensive factory farmed hens, routinely treated with chemicals just to keep them alive.

Frenzs hens forage daily outside on some of New Zealand's finest pasture. The air is clean and pollution free and the climate ideal for year round production. This, plus sound traditional organic farming methods means there is no need for chemical additives such as antibiotics, pesticides or artificial colouring.

To ensure total quality control, Frenzs eggs are inspected and the hens and eggs tested by the New Zealand Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to comply with the U.S.D.A. health standards. You know with confidence that you are getting premium quality eggs every time.

Frenzs Free Range Eggs are a genuine natural product farmed outside in all weather conditions and are subject to seasonal variations occasionally affecting supply. Please be patient, out lovely 'girls' are doing their best.

We believe in producing only quality eggs! This means using sound farming techniques, a sincere concern for animal welfare and total quality control methods. This quality costs more because we don't cut corners!

For example, Frenzs farm no more than 350 hens per acre - compared to up to 30,000 birds confined in a typical battery shed. Our flocks and eggs are tested by Government veterinarians to ensure Salmonella-free eggs. Our eggs are individually inspected, graded, packed and sealed in clear recyclable packs to ensure uncontaminated, genuine free range eggs. They are then Government certified and air-freighted internationally directly to your markets to maintain quality and freshness.
